SMO and SOHO loyalty rewards process using Infoveave

The goal of this process is to ensure all the eligible customers are accurately rewarded based on their Billing and Payment activity. The process includes 4 steps:

Step 1: Customer Eligibility Identification

Eligible customers are identified based on predefined offer criteria and billable account status. Key customer and business attributes like company identifier and address information are validated to determine eligibility for loyalty participation and associated benefits.
