Infoveave Data Automation — Document Parsing
One batch PDF in. Individual page files out. Each one named and ready.
Payroll systems, banking platforms, and document management tools frequently produce batch PDFs — a single file containing one payslip per page, one invoice per page, or one policy per customer. Distributing these documents individually requires splitting the PDF — something that is tedious at scale. Split PDF automates the separation, producing one file per page ready for individual delivery by email, upload to a customer portal, or archiving in a document management system.
Split a multi-page PDF into individual single-page PDF files inside your Infoveave workflow. Separate batch documents — payslips, invoices, or policies — into per-record files for individual delivery, archiving, or further downstream processing.
Split PDF is one step inside a multi-step Infoveave workflow. Chain it with other activities — no code, no manual hand-offs.
Build this workflow visually in Infoveave Data Automation — drag, connect, and schedule with no infrastructure setup.
Real scenarios where this transformation saves hours of manual work.
The monthly payroll run produces a single batch PDF with one payslip per employee. Split PDF separates the batch into individual files named systematically (payslip_1.pdf, payslip_2.pdf...). A downstream merge step combines employee email addresses with the matching page file and sends each employee their own payslip automatically.
Account statements for all branches are delivered as a consolidated PDF. Split PDF separates each branch statement into its own file, which is then routed to the correct branch-level archive folder in the document management system.
Renewal policy certificates are generated as a batch PDF. Split PDF separates each policy certificate page, which is then matched to customer data and delivered to the customer portal or emailed directly to the policyholder.
